This leisurely tour is perfect for a relaxing bike ride to Fieschertal. Running along the Wysswasser stream, the route passes idyllic hamlets and old Roman bridges amid the wonderful valley landscape.
Starting from the tourist office in Fiesch, ride along the old Kirchweg path towards Fieschertal. Parts of the beautiful route follow the Wysswasser stream. After crossing an old Roman bridge you'll reach the hamlet of Lambrigge. The tour continues on a paved road to Unnerbärg, where you should cross to the other bank by the old bridge. Ride back along wonderful dirt tracks and forest paths towards Fieschertal, passing the hamlet of Wichel on the way. Shortly after Wichel, cross the Wysswasser for the last time and continue to Fiesch.
Fieschertal is one of Switzerland's largest municipalities in terms of area. It extends beyond the Great Aletsch Glacier all the way to the Jungfraujoch.
