This hiking trail offers a perfect opportunity to enjoy the impressive panoramic view into the Rhine Gorge and to get Information about our solar system at the same time, because the first part of the walk consists of an educational trail about our planets. On the 1.5 km long trail, you figuratively cover the distance from our fixed star Sun up to Pluto, which corresponds to a distance of 5.9 billion kilometres or a scale of 1:4 billions.
The staring point of the hike is the parking lot at the village entry of Falera. From there, you walk a few metres into the little village until you will find a pink building with the inscription <>.Many years ago, this building used to be the village bakery.
Once having approached this house, take a turn to the right and you will leave Falera.
Once you are on the elevated hike, you will pass viewing Points and cross forest sections. At signpost 381 you stay at the left side and ascend slightly direction Larnags. You will soon reach a platform then which is a pasture for goats during summer months. After a short while, you cross the ski piste and after only a few metres downhill you will reach Tegia Larnags, a comfortable and cozy restaurant, the perfect spot for a well deserved break.
After that, you will continue your hike, following signpost 307 direction Laax valley station.
You are only allowed to drive into the village and park your car on the private parking lot if you are in possession of a special driving permit. For vehicles without such a permit, there is the parking lot at the villag entry available
